Let’s go to Vogrsko

Route description

The path starts in Moravske Toplice, where you will be able to relax in one of the spas nearby and have a look at the local evangelical church. You will continue your journey towards the first hills and enjoy the view from Zgornji Moravci, where you’ll get a chance to gain fresh energy in local wine cellars. You will cross the border in Magyarszombatfa, a pottery village, and at the same time experience the charm of Hungarian border villages. You will visit a wonderful church in Velemerje and if you’ll feel adventurous, also get a chance to climb one of the courses in the adventure park. Before returning to Slovenia, you’ll stop in Nemesnép and try the local Hungarian delicacies.

The cycling route takes you to Bogojina, a village with flat landscape, where you'll be able to admire the »White Dove« church made by Jože Plečnik. After the tour, you'll get a chance to try some sweets in Tešanovci and return to Moravske Toplice full of new experiences.

The tour takes place along this route: Moravske Toplice – Zgornji Moravci – Prosenjakovci – Magyarszombatfa (H) – Gödörháza (H) – Velemér (H) – Szentgyörgyvölgy (H) – Nemesnép (H) – Kobilje – Motvarjevci – Bukovnica – Bogojina – Tešanovci – Moravske Toplice.
