The Power of Words: SMO X Leopold I. (concert)
A unique musical experience is coming to the Park Theatre, combining the power of a symphony orchestra and direct rap poetry. The concert Moč besede will feature the Slovenian Youth Orchestra under the direction of conductor Živa Ploj Peršuh and the popular Prekmurje rapper Leopold I., who raises important social issues with his lyrics and distinctive dialect expression.
The project The Power of Words connects different musical worlds and generations. Leopold's lyrics will be performed in orchestral arrangements by Matija Krečič, and the concert will, in addition to a musical experience, also offer an opportunity to reflect on mutual relationships, accepting differences, and the importance of honest conversation.
