Hansel and Gretel; Puppet Theater Kranj

Hansel, the boy from the farm, knows how to cut down big trees. Gretel knows how to bake a sweet blueberry roll. They live with their father and stepmother in a house on the edge of a large forest. One day, the stepmother realizes that there is not enough food for everyone at home and decides to leave the child in the forest. However, the two resourceful children find their way home, so the stepmother decides to go deep into the forest to chop firewood. The two children remain lost in the forest, but after three days of wandering, they arrive at a beautiful house made of sweets, in which lives a witch who has special plans for them...
