The Festival of Prekmurje Ham and Prekmurje Gibanica i

The Festival of Prekmurje Ham and Prekmurje Gibanica is a unique culinary and ethnological event that offers visitors an exhibition and tasting of Prekmurje Gibanica from producers across Slovenia and Prekmurje ham from local vendors. The stands will offer a wide range of high-quality local food products and masterpieces from Prekmurje artisans.

Traditional Prekmurje dishes such as bograč, langaš, dödoli, retaši, posolanke, and more will be available for refreshment. The all-day event will be enriched with a demonstration of how Prekmurje Gibanica is made, always attracting many curious onlookers.

The lively atmosphere will be ensured by performances from Marko Banda and the Folklore Group KUD Beltinci, the Vocal Group Irmice, students from the Beltinci Music School, the Folklore Group KUD Šalovci, Lukas and Lara Gumilar, Roma musicians Romano glauso, and the group KAT & The DEDO's.
