The origins of pumpkin oil production and harvesting go as far back as 1853, when the Dajč family's ancestor started to produce pumpkin oil at the Dajč mill. Pomurje has for long had a reputation for its pumpkin oil - and there is no real salad without pumpkin oil.
Nowadays at the Dajč produkt oil mill you can taste the cleanest and most natural oil, which is made from pumpkin seeds matured on fields in the middle of untouched nature - at the same time you can delight in pumpkin seeds of different flavors like chocolate or spices.
