Hungarian fish soup in a kettle is a specialty of Prekmurje from Pinci to Hodoš. This time the traditional event will be the XVII. International Fish Soup Cooking Competition. A dish that every "real" Hungarian house offers to its guests. In addition to carp, catfish and many different small fish, the cast-iron kettle also contains onions, garlic, and ground red pepper. Everything is cooked over an open fire until the smoke of natural wood is released... then it is mashed and finally the fish fillets are added - a treat for all ten fingers.
